TrainNow is a fitness marketplace app that connects you with verified personal trainers in real time. You can search who's available nearby, compare specialties and ratings, and book a session directly from your phone.
Open the app, browse trainers who are available near you or search by specialty, then select a time slot and confirm. You'll get a booking confirmation and can message your trainer directly ahead of the session.
Yes. Every trainer completes an identity check and a review of their certifications before they can appear in search results or accept bookings. Verified trainers display a badge on their profile.
Yes. When you book, you can choose an in-person session at a location you agree on with your trainer, or a virtual session over video call — whichever fits your goals and schedule.
Download the app, select "Apply as a trainer," and submit your ID and certification details for review. Once verified, you can set your rates, specialties, and availability, and start appearing in client searches.
TrainNow accepts major debit and credit cards, along with common in-app wallet options, all processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. You never pay a trainer in cash through the platform.
Go to your upcoming session in the app and select "Cancel" or "Reschedule." Timing matters — see our Cancellation Policy for the windows and any fees that may apply.
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances — for example, a trainer no-show is handled differently than a same-day change of mind. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Yes. Payment details are handled by encrypted, PCI-compliant processors, and we never store full card numbers on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
You can report an issue directly from the session in the app, or contact support at support@trainnowafrica.app. Our team reviews every report and can pause or remove a trainer's profile if our standards aren't met.
Payouts are issued on a regular schedule after a session is marked complete, minus TrainNow's service fee. You can track every payout and fee breakdown from your trainer dashboard.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app, or email support@trainnowafrica.app. We'll confirm the request and remove your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
